These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer (“you”, “your”) and the Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By activating, using, or accessing our internet services, equipment, or related software, you agree to be bound by all terms outlined herein.

 1. SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTION

* Service Provision: We provide broadband internet access, related network services, and equipment on a subscription basis.

* Service Availability: Actual speeds may vary based on network congestion, infrastructure limitations, and external environmental factors.

* Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue aspects of the service with prior notice to you.

* Payment Terms: You agree to pay all monthly subscription fees, installation costs, equipment rentals (Lease), and applicable taxes on or before the due date.

* Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, service suspension, or total account termination.

* Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew each month automatically unless canceled in writing prior to the new billing cycle.

* Validity: All plans have a validity period of 30 days.

* Company Equipment: All routers, modems, or optical network terminals (ONTs) provided by us remain our exclusive property unless purchased outright.

* Maintenance & Care: You are responsible for protecting company equipment from damage, loss, or unauthorized modifications.

* Return of Equipment: Upon termination of service, all leased equipment must be returned within 14 days, or unreturned equipment fees will apply.

You strictly agree **NOT** to use the internet service to:

* Violate local, national, or international laws and regulations.

* Infringe upon intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of third parties.

* Distribute malware, viruses, spam, or initiate Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

* Resell, share, or redistribute the internet service to external households or businesses without authorization.

* Data Processing: Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

* Network Management: We monitor network traffic volumes solely for optimization, bandwidth management, and legal compliance.

* “As-Is” Service: Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

* No Liability for Outages: We are not liable for any financial losses, loss of data, or damages resulting from service interruptions or network downtime.

 7. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

* Termination by Customer: You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the completion of any active contract terms.

* Termination by Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately without notice for breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment.

* No refund policy: If the customer initiates the termination or cancellation of the service, there will be no refunds issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
